Welcome to the Owen Live Training website (the "Site"). This Site is operated by Personal Brand Coaching LLC (doing business as Owen Cook and his team) ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, coaching programs, digital products, and services (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing the Site or purchasing a program, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, strictly do not use our Services.

1. Eligibility and Accounts

  • Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to use this Site or purchase our services.
  • Account Security: If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
  • Truthful Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the application and checkout process.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

The content on this Site—including but not limited to videos, text, graphics, logos, course materials, PDFs, and methodologies—is the exclusive property of Owen Cook/Owen Live Training and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

  • Limited License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the content for your personal, non-commercial use only.
  • Restrictions: You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or sell any content from our Services without our express written permission. Sharing login credentials to grant others access to paid content is strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate termination without refund.

3. User Conduct

By using our Services (including community groups, live calls, or forums), you agree not to:

  • Harass, threaten, or defame other users or staff.
  • Post content that is hate speech, obscene, or fraudulent.
  • Use the Services for any illegal purpose.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer any part of the Site.

Violation of these standards may result in immediate suspension or termination of your access to the program.

4. Payment and Refunds

  • Payment: You agree to pay all fees associated with the services you select. If you choose a payment plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on the scheduled dates.
  • Refund Policy (Digital Products): Due to the immediate nature of digital delivery, all sales of digital courses are final unless otherwise stated on the specific sales page.
  • Refund Policy (Coaching Programs): Refund terms for high-ticket coaching are governed by the specific Client Agreement signed at enrollment.
  • Chargebacks: You agree not to issue a chargeback with your bank. If you have a billing issue, please contact [email protected] first. Unwarranted chargebacks will result in a permanent ban and potential legal action to recover fees.

5. Coaching and Results Disclaimer

  • No Guarantee of Results: Our programs are educational and coaching-based. We provide the tools, strategies, and support, but your results depend on your effort, individual capacity, and external factors. We do not guarantee any specific outcome (e.g., specific income levels, relationship status changes, or lifestyle changes).
  • Not Professional Advice: The information provided does not constitute medical, legal, or financial professional advice. Always consult a qualified professional for such matters.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Owen Live Training and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data, arising out of your use of the Services.

Liability Cap: In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you have paid to us in the six (6) months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Owen Live Training, Owen Cook, Personal Brand Coaching LLC, and our team from any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms or your use of the Services.

8. Mobile Messaging Terms (SMS/MMS)

This section applies if you opt-in to receive SMS messages from us.

  • Program Description: By opting into our SMS program, you agree to receive recurring automated promotional and personalized marketing text messages (e.g., cart reminders, coaching updates, event alerts) from Owen Live Training at the cell number used when signing up.
  • Cancellation: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the short code or number provided. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
  • Help: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword "HELP" for more assistance, or you can get help directly at [email protected].
  • Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Rates: As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

9. Third-Party Links

Our Site may contain links to third-party websites (e.g., payment processors, scheduling tools). We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites.
